    This book is full of good information and great recipes. This makes it easy to eat tasty easy to prepare food that actually works at reducing inflammation in the body. So glad we found it.

    I bought this thinking it could help with the autoimmune protocol diet AIP. This was a mistake. I can't really use this book.

    The recipes and action plans are great - 5* - but, and there is a but, the book is heavily reliant on luxury goods and foods. For example you will need to have access to coconut milk, coconut yoghurt, avocados, quinoa, and for the smoothie recipes, although they claim they can be done in any blender, there are a lot of very hard ingredients so really you need a nutri bullet. So if you have a bit of money and can get all of these items and are happy with that ethically, then this is the book for you. If not, consider seeing a local nutritionist or doing some research yourself.

    This book is informative, easy to understand and, even though there are not that many images, you will never be doubtful on how the finished dish should look like. I recommend this book for people with autoimmune disorders as well as for people who wants to improve their overall eating habits. This book will explain what is good and what is not so welcome in your everyday diet.

    This book is both informative and essential to my recovery from ill health. It's easy to follow recipes are delicious with ingredients that are simple to find. I haven't found anything to not dislike about this book and have recommended this book to many people.Just brilliant!
